Schirmeister\Vinci is family owned and operated.


John Schirmeister IV and Joe Vinci have been best friends since grade school. When John Schirmeister III stepped down in 1994, John and Joe formed a partnership and have been working together ever since to provide quality products and service to our ever growing family of satisfied customers.

While Joe Vinci (Vice President of sales) runs our installation department - customizing heating and air-conditioning systems, air duct systems, air purifying systems, ventilation, and much more he over-sees our crews ensuring quality equipment and craftsmanship that have become synonymous with Schirmeister\Vinci Heating and Air-Conditioning.   

John Schirmeister (President) manages the Schirmeister\Vinci Service Department, over-seeing the daily air-conditioning and heating service and repairs.
